Support Group Alzheimer's Aid Society - Each Monday, 9:30 a.m. to noon The group meets for the care givers to share information - their needs, failures and successes in giving care to the person with Alzheimer's. The Alzheimer patients that are able to come meet separately. The Alzheimer patients Memory Impaired group is facilitated by a social worker. Walkers, diapers, and other donated items to help with the care of Alzheimer's patient are provided for free when available Alzheimer's Aid Society 2501 McHenry Avenue, Suite E Modesto, CA Phone: (209) 238-0538 Office Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. |
